PeakSkill does not ship physical goods. There is no courier, Speed Post or doorstep parcel.
Delivery of our services is digital. After payment is confirmed, videos are unlocked on your login, usually within 24 hours. Confirmation may be sent to the email ID given at registration.
If access is not given within 24 hours, email support@peakskill.online with payment proof. That case is covered in the Refund Policy.
